India Thermoplastics Engineers was founded in the year 1987, in Delhi, India. It is one of the eminent names, engaged in manufacturing, quality assortment of Polymers, Thermoplastic Rubber Compounds, Thermoplastic Elastomer, Thermoplastic Elastomer Vulcanized & Impact Modifiers. We have a wide distribution network ensures timely delivery of the offered range. These compounds are formulated using Styrene- Butadiene- Styrene or Styrene- Ethylene/ Butylene-Styrene block copolymers. These materials have many of the same properties as vulcanized rubber, but cannot be molded and extruded using conventional thermoplastics process equipment. Thermoplastic processing provides advantages over vulcanized, thermoset rubbers which are processed using a slower and more costly curing process. Most of our compounds formulations are 100% recyclable and are RoHS compliant. 

 

Some Typical Applications 

Footwear products, gaskets, cable jacketing, cables, toys, automotive applications, soft touch over-molding and general purpose molded goods. These compounds can be formulated to provide weather resistance, ozone resistance, low-temperature flexibility as well as excellent resistance to many chemicals. They are lightweight and can be colored to meet your requirements They are for example used for control elements in car interiors, for exterior window trims and "under-the hood" seals. TPE are also found in industrial products such as tool handles and cable sheathing. In consumer goods, TPE are used in toys, sports equipment, packaging and hygiene products such as toothbrushes and razors. For medical applications, compounds that meet particularly stringent requirements have been developed. Medical TPE products include drip chambers, seals, injection gaskets and medical hoses.
